Press Release Education : SOAD Signs a Cooperation Agreement with Uniplural On February 1st, 2024, the State of the African Diaspora (SOAD) and Uniplural Group ltd signed a cooperation in the area of Education. As explained in the document, the two entities will cooperate to establish four faculties, that will reinforce USOAD, the SOAD university : -Faculty of Healthcare -Faculty of agriculture -Faculty of management -Faculty of tourism Unilplural has been working in the area of education for many years. Mrs Charmaine Montesin, CEO of Uniplural Group Ltd, explained why, according to her, this cooperation is a good initiative : « As CEO of Uniplural, this is a very exciting project to be embarking on. I believe that Uniplural Academy has the right tools and structure to give SOAD the right educational platforms and training to build robust and innovative education structures. » Mr Coleiro, head of the Diplomatic Mission of SOAD, is the one who brought this proposal to SOAD. He worked with his attaché for education and culture, they organised a meeting with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Education of SOAD, the MOU was discussed, and then signed. Mr Coleiro explained his view regarding the project : « this is a unique project that has been on the drawing board for a few months in preparation, lot of research and decisions that had to be taken as to make sure that the network by which SOAD University will be linked and affiliated with, is of great importance. An educational platform that gives opportunities for African Diasporas and Dissidents. to initiate and continue their studies, topping up their existing degrees, and providing vocational training and coaching. when and wherever it is convenient for them, online, supported by academic professors and qualified lecturers, coming from the African and European Continents, courses that carries European and / or American Accreditations, and will also provide job opportunities. After the cooperation was signed, Mrs Chiwuswa, SOAD Minister of education declared : «I am very glad that we now have this cooperation agreement with Uniplural. It can only reinforce the work that we are already doing in USOAD. We are definitly moving in the right direction. » Communiqué de presse Education : SOAD signe un accord de coopération avec Uniplural Le 1er février 2024, l'Etat de la Diaspora Africaine (SOAD) et Uniplural Group ltd ont signé un accord de coopération dans le domaine de l'éducation. Comme expliqué dans le document, les deux entités coopéreront pour établir quatre facultés, qui renforceront l'USOAD, l'université de l'État de la Diaspora Africaine : -Faculté de santé -Faculté d'agriculture -Faculté de management -Faculté de tourisme Unilplural travaille dans le domaine de l'éducation depuis de nombreuses années. Il a travaillé avec son attaché pour l'éducation et la culture, ils ont organisé une réunion avec le Premier ministre et le ministre de l'éducation de la SOAD, le protocole d'accord a été discuté, puis signé. Coleiro a expliqué son point de vue sur le projet : " il s'agit d'un projet unique qui est en préparation depuis quelques mois ; il a nécessité beaucoup de recherches et de travail pour s'assurer que le réseau auquel l'Université de SOAD sera reliée et affiliée est d'une grande importance. Une plateforme éducative qui offre aux diasporas africaines et aux dissidents la possibilité d'entamer et de poursuivre leurs études, de compléter leurs diplômes existants et de bénéficier d'une formation professionnelle et d'un accompagnement, au moment et à l'endroit qui leur conviennent, en ligne, avec le soutien de professeurs universitaires et de conférenciers qualifiés, originaires des continents africain et européen, des cours assortis d'accréditations européennes et/ou américaines, et qui offriront également des possibilités d'emploi. » Après la signature de l'accord de coopération, Mme Chiwuswa, Ministre de l'éducation de SOAD, a déclaré : "Je suis très heureuse que nous ayons maintenant cet accord de coopération avec Uniplural. Il ne peut que renforcer le travail que nous effectuons déjà à l'USOAD. Nous avançons clairement dans la bonne direction."
