BYLAWS OF THE PARLIAMENT

Home   |    Bylaws of the Parliament

Since the State of the African Diaspora was created, different Bylaws were adopted.

On October 30, 2021,  the Bylaws of the Parliament were adopted in the Plenary Session.

While the general principles had already been established by the Constitution, the modalities of their application had yet to be specified. This has now been done: the rules of procedure specify the structure of the Parliament, its missions, the modalities concerning elections, the budget, decision making, revision, etc.
