Question 4:  With the onset of technology and investment in Africa, how do you see Africa in the 21st Century

Africa in the 21st Century under a post-colonial framework can accomplish super power status in the near future.

Formulate the concept of building a Post-colonial Civilization, on the basis of a POST-COLONIAL THESIS

The fact that melanin rich people started and have recorded 10 of thousands of years before the common era, of civilized activity, make it feasible to pick up where we left of thanks to the historic memory in melanin and the scholarly work of intellectuals, historians and researchers that have documented and stock pilled undisputed evidence that Africa is the genesis of civilized activity on the planet.

The antithesis is that colonialism and neocolonialism does not define melanin rich and mestizo peoples of African descent, organized in communities, tribes, quilombos, palenques, raisales, nations, realms, territories, nation states and region.
