A letter from the Office of the Prime Minister of the State of African Diaspora in Paris signed by HE Dr. Louis-Georges TIN in Paris quoting Article 1-5 of its constitution has appointed His Excellency Mr. David Sam Suale as Roving Ambassador to Africa and Ambassador to Sierra Leone, representing the State of African Diaspora.
