The State of the African Diaspora (SOAD) is working to create its space centre, under the authority of our Minister of Sciences and Industry, Cheikh Modibo Diarra, former Prime Minister of Mali, and  former Project Director for the NASA. SOAD has different partners in Southern Africa and in India in particular. It is a matter of political sovereignty, economic development and symbolical identity.
