The State Of the African Diaspora (SOAD) has a strong diplomatical activity, led by the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the 80 Ambassadors on the ground : Ambassadors at large, Residing Ambassadors, Roving Ambassadors and Youth Ambassadors. SOAD also has embassies and missions abroad. So far, SOAD has signed many agreements with entities like Mauritania, Somalia, Liberia, Democratic Republic of Congo, the Marroon States of Jamaica, the Quilombos in Brazil, etc.
