Since the State of the African Diaspora was created, different decrees were issued, in the framework of the Government and its Ministries.
But there are also other decrees, in other States or regions, that were inspired or requested by the State of the African Diaspora, in the framework of its diplomatic activity.
On April 15, 2023, the Electoral Code of SOAD was finalised.

On July 1st, 2021, the Prime Minister of the State of the African Diaspora issued a Decree aiming at creating the SOAD University.

The Emergency System Response is created in the framework of the State of the African Diaspora. It will have its own leadership, its own administration, and will work under the authority of the Prime Minister.

On June, 21, 2016, the Government of the Republic of Benin issued a Decree asking restitution of their artifacts stolen by France. Among the first justifications of the law are Dr Tin and the campaign he led with the CRAN, the organization he used to lead at this time.
On October 9, 2017, the Government of Benin issued a decree giving mandate to Dr Tin to operate on their behalf regarding the artifacts detained by the Christian authorities in France and belonging to Benin.
On July 30, 2019, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mauritania issued a decree to the Prime Minister of the State of the African Diaspora, in recognition of his efforts for the African Diaspora.
On July, 1st, 2019, the Secretariat of the Maroon States of Jamaica issued a decree recognizing and supporting the State of the African Diaspora.
On October 19, 2019, the Minister of Tourism of the Democratic Republic of Congo issued a decree giving mandate to the Government of the State of the African Diaspora to act on his behalf on the topic of restitution.
