The University of the State of the African Diaspora (USOAD) was created on October 2021. It includes a great number of faculties from Pan-African Langages to Space Sciences and Technologies through the Royal Faculty of Historical Legacy or the Faculty of Indian Ocean Studies. USOAD is based on 4 pillars :
